wopportunity.com is operated by KRITEK, s.r.o. («Wopportunity», «we» or «us»), a Czech company identified in our Legal information. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Purpose and content

The website presents Wopportunity, an upcoming online marketplace to find freelancers and companies that offer their services online. The service is under preparation: the site currently provides general information only, and its content is not a promise of results, availability or pricing.

3. Enquiries and pre-launch registrations

Sending a message through the contact form does not create a client relationship, confidentiality obligations, a binding offer, a reservation or any right to participate in the future service. Scope, fees, timing and conditions of the future service will be defined only in specific agreements between the parties.

Please do not submit passwords, production credentials, special-category data or other sensitive information through the contact form.

4. Permitted use and intellectual property

You may use the site for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at a disruptive rate or use the contact form for spam or unsolicited marketing.
